Assistant Manager IT - Cyber Security

Role Purpose

Manage IT Security technical control deployment, Cyber Security control and assurance program to minimize business risk due to cyber threats

Key Accountability

• Lead the development the IT Security processes and standards for Malaysia Aviation Group
• Develop and promote the adoption of Identity and Access Management framework and technology within the Group
• Develop and implement Cyber Security Framework (CSF) in line with National Cyber Crisis Management Plan (NCCMP) & oneworld Cyber Security standard
• Manage and continuously improve IT Security Operations Control Center (ISOC) and Cyber Emergency Response Team (CERT)
• Review and ensure technical controls in place are in compliance with ISO 27000 and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) security requirements

• Degree in Information Technology/ Information Management/ Engineering / Computer / Science with 4 years experience in IT or Cyber Security operations or/and
• Information Security Management System (ISMS) or IT Security training / certification with 4 years experience in implementation, administration and support of IT security tools and systems

• Knowledge in cyber security, threat management and security incident management
• Familiar with relevant ISO standards, local and international cyber-laws and governance processes
• In-depth knowledge of IT security technologies and risks
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills

• Developing and managing a IT Security portfolio that is practical for MAB' changing environment and diverse IT culture
• Lack of tools to effectively and efficiently measure and monitor the end-to-end IT security posture and readiness
• Increasing numbers of sophisticated cyber attacks
