Job Requirements: - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or above in a related field - Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken) - Willing to work on weekends : - Create awareness on the importance of soft skills among students and to enhance students\xe2\x80\x99 all-round education in UTAR - Promote soft skills and life skills programmes to all UTAR students - Ensure smooth running of soft skills and life skills programmes, be on duty during training session on weekend - Encourage students to participate free talks, workshop and Speakers\xe2\x80\x99 Corner - Ensure all documents, statistics and reports in the department are duly prepared and filed - Arrange community service related activities with the Head of New Village and other arrangement involve UTAR New Village Community Project - Provide full support to all University events and administrative support for matters related to the operation of the DSSC - Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time
