Overview of the Position:

We are looking for a versatile talent to support in driving digital initiatives across CRM, social media, and digital commerce. This role blends creative execution with data-led insights to enhance the digital customer journey, strengthen brand presence, and drive measurable results.

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:

Support the Marketing department in planning and executing digital strategies aligned with business goals. Develop and manage CRM campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty programs) to drive acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Coordinate and oversee social media content and campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Assist in managing digital commerce activities, including product launches, online promotions, and website optimization to increase sales conversions. Track, analyse, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing data-driven insights and strategy for optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure integrated messaging and a consistent digital customer experience. Ensure brand consistency and optimize customer touchpoints across all digital channels. Perform additional tasks as required to support the broader marketing function.

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on exposure to e-commerce, CRM, and social media channels. Skilled in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights, as well as CRM and email marketing platforms. Strong abilities in content strategy, copywriting, and effective communication. Detail-focused and analytical, with the capability to juggle multiple projects efficiently. Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
