Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Manager and planning of estate operation.
• Execute estate operation according to the company\'s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assisting the Manager in coordinate and supervise work programs and workers.
• Managing the estate according to the principles and criteria of RSPO.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, forecast, yearly budget and ad-hoc reports including updates during site visits by Headquarter members.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in managing mature and immature oil palm estates, including replanting activities.
• Physically fit and are able to do physical work.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
