Job Responsibilities To lead the project team which consists of consultants, contractors and suppliers towards a profitable and successful completion of the project. To meet financial objectives by forecasting work progress, preparing annual project budget and expenses. To prepare and manage feasibility study of projects. To coordinate design and development with the project team. To ensure core areas of project such as work progress, cost control, work quality, safety and security are in line with the project and company\'s policy. To attend all project meetings with the consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, etc. Requirements Degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural/Building Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10 years working experience in the property development industry. Hands-on knowledge and know-how in managing all aspects of property development cycle. Possess strong leadership and communication skills. Able to work under tight schedule. Candidate must be willing to be based in Sabah.
