Job Summary:Managing FP&A controlling activities to country BU HEC by providing support on management reporting, analysis of costs in the BU, supporting budgeting/planning process, profitability analysis, liaison with Central Services accounting team and BPO and implementing process improvement.Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support key stakeholders on financial analysis, commentaries on results, variance analysis and working capital management.
• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Assist in development of goals and objectives, financial and operating budgets for the Business Unit.
• Prepare analysis/documents to departmental managers for performance review and development of strategic business planning and budgeting activities.
• Support superior on client/customer profitability analysis, internal and external presentations, issues tracking and management, investments and other key developments that require financial inputs
• Support superior in participating and driving country BU continuous improvement initiatives to streamline BU controlling processes/reporting and improve efficiencies through better utilization of business intelligence and data visualization tools (Lighthouse, Power BI, etc.)
• Manage internal interactions with Central Service Finance and BPO on matters related to business controlling to ensure timely understanding of financial performance and adequate management of any financial issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting & Finance or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in management accounting, auditing, financial analysis, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in Audit and tax is an added advantage
• Demonstrated sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
• Demonstrated sound knowledge and application of local/international accounting standards, principles and practices
• Proven hands-on experience in SAP accounting applications is an advantage
• Demonstrated strong research and analytical skills, including statistical computations
• Demonstrated proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated fluency in English (both written and spoken)
