Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle a full set of accounts and ensure that monthly, quarterly and yearly management accounts, financial report, budget, taxation are prepared on timely manner.
• Review and analyses balance sheet, P&L such as monthly operating expenses and prepare analysis schedule.
• Prepare and review of monthly group management accounts and reports, cashflows forecast vs actual and another other group related tasks.
• Must possess a strong analytical ability to manage all accounting aspects which include AR/AP, cashflow planning and projection, debtor aging collection and budgetary management.
• Verify payment proposal and voucher ensure prompt & correct payments to suppliers based on set credit terms.
• Manage customer claims and incident report and proposal for the claim provision if any.
• Manage and overseeing finance and administration team member.
• Able to interact and liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretaries and regulators, ensuring timely submission of annual statutory audits, corporate tax, income tax and SST fillings.
• Work closely with business unit finance team for on-time delivery of monthly quarterly and yearly reports.
• To manage any other tasks/assignments from superior/management from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting/Finance and/or professional account qualification.
• Minimum 4-5 years of financial related experiences
• Meticulous, highly organized and good analytical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in SAP or any ERP software will be added advantage.
