Job Description


Job Purpose

  • Reporting to Head of Finance (Investment & Asset Management)
  • Support Head of Finance in financial operations and financial accounting, which includes management reporting, statutory reporting, treasury, taxation and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
  • Consolidate and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial results for entire Investment & Asset Management department for Head of Finance\'s review.
  • Liaise with Group Finance Consolidation team on the consolidated financial numbers and respond to Group Finance on any ad-hoc queries.
  • Perform actual and budget variance analysis.
  • Preparation of any financial related presentation deck.
  • Involve in preparation of annual budget, mid-year review and quarterly forecast.
  • Responsible for corporate tax computation, tax estimate and deferred tax calculation and liaise with Group Tax.
  • Preparation of treasury reporting.

  • Provide and compile information for other departments and analysts.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.
  • Prepare management approval paper.
  • Assist in the overall credit control functions for the Investment & Asset Management department.

  • Degree holder in Finance/Accounting or professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in accounting related fields.
Professional Experience
  • Preferably with knowledge and experience in real estate development or investment industry.
  • Superior knowledge of financial and regulatory reporting standards and requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication, teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Has a growth and change mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Work well under pressure and agile under fast changing environment.
