Key Roles and Responsibilities 1 Accounting 1.1 Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting and tax activities i.e. Periodical Financial Close Process, General Ledger, AR/AP, Bank, Fixed Assets, etc., and to ensure its operational efficiency and quality of accounting data 1.2 Drive the continuous improvement of the accounting function through adoption of technology, new process flow and skill development. 2 Compliance 2.1 Responsible for meeting all group and local statutory reporting requirements 2.2. Ensure compliances with (i) Engie Group\'s Policy and Practices and (ii) various relevant local laws and regulations in the context of corporate, accounting and taxation 2.2. Responsible for communication, coordination and liaison with relevant authorities, auditors, tax agents and other internal and external stakeholders 3 Management and Control 3.1 Produce and deliver information for financial and management reporting to support performance management and decision making (i.e. Financial Planning and Analysis, Controlling, etc.), on a high quality and timely basis 3.2 Ensure effective tax planning (efficiency) and management activities including cross border taxation, transfer pricing, tax incentive, etc. 3.3 Responsible for effective treasury and cash management including the effective fund allocation, cashflow projection, managing risks of liquidity, foreign exchange, interest rate, etc. 3.4 Ensure proper internal control and corporate governance in place to safeguarding assets, mitigating risks and achieving corporate objectives 4 Strategic and Risk 4.1 Support Head of Finance in Strategy Formulation and implementation, investment appraisal as well as other internal restructuring and transformation programmes, Merger and Acquisition activities 4.2 Identify, Assess, Monitor and Report potential risk, downside, losses that may arises from action or inaction; contribute in establishing effective Enterprise Risk Management 4.3 Assist / Participate in Communication (Presentation) to Committee, Board, external stakeholders. 5 Funding 5.1 Assist in obtaining and maintaining financial resources to fund the operation and investment needs 5.2 Support regional and local teams in the corporate and financing activities 5.3 Ensure compliance of debt covenants and maintaining positive relationship with banks/ financiers 6 Management and Resources 6.1 Leading the finance team in achieving department\'s objectives and organisational goal 6.2 Responsible for performance management of team members 6.3 Continuously improve the cross-functional collaboration and the operational efficiency 6.4 Communication and liaison with external parties 6.5 Responsible for other ad hoc assignment and tasks assigned by HoF and/or MD B. Key Skill and Competences Qualifications 1 Qualifications 1.1 Bachelor\'s Degrees in finance and Accounting fields 1.2 Recognised Professional Qualification in a Must; Master\'s degree in business fields is a Plus. 2 Professional Experiences 2.1 At least 7 years working experience in finance, accounting or tax functions, with exposure in managerial role 2.2 Preferably with exposure in Energy, Engineering and Construction industries Skills 3 Other Skills and Traits 3.1 Proficiency in English and Bahasa 3.2 Well versed with MS Office application 3.3 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, work well in cross-country and regional environment 3.4 Self-driven, pro-active and positive personality, with eagerness to learn and excel; Passionate about the renewable energy and sustainability 3.5 Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving, attentive to details, and uphold high standard of ethics and integrity.
