Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting record.
• Control and protect the assets for the interest of the company.
• Verification of payment, withholding tax submission and claim
• Review and analyze the trade debtors ageing and closely monitor the follow-ups actions
• Monitoring & analyse monthly financial performance for Business units.
• Prepare or review monthly, quarterly and yearly standard reporting, e.g. SST-Schedule, tax computation, Statutory accounts, and etc.
• Prepare, consolidate and analyze annual budget figures
• Streamline and recommend improvements to the existing internal controls and accounting processes.
• Liaise with auditor and authorities e.g. MOF, IRB
• Ad hoc project from time to time upon business needs.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Accounting/Accounting Professional (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA) qualification
• At least 4 years\' working experience
• Audit experience is preferable
• Proven experience in dealing with multiple stake holders
• Self-driven, results oriented and possess strong analytical skills
• Proficiency with business English (oral and written)
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Experience in SAP, SAS, Robotics Process Automation will be an added advantage
