Maintain and improve efficient processes governing execution of primary documentation post approval.
Timeliness in responding to primary documentation matters and liaise with internal stakeholders (credit risk, internal legal and banking units) to ensure the Banks's interest is sufficiently protected.
Ensuring completeness and accuracy of approval terms in the primary documentation.
Ensuring proper dispensation obtained for variation in terms and conditions in line with the delegated authority, credit mitigant standards and shariah laws.
Conduct training for banking teams on complexities and issues faced in preparing primary loan documents.
Active participation for ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
Key Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant corporate banking experience or work experience involving post approval administration work for banking facilities.
Has knowledge of corporate banking products including term loans, bridging loans, syndication loans and working capital loans.
Sound knowledge on processes and core system behavior to ensure effective credit maintenance and monitoring.
AICB accreditation will be required for this function and can be pursued simultaneously on the job.
