• Assist the Casino Marketing Manager/ Club Director on sales & marketing, business generation or development

• Assist to enhance value of all products, programs and services, to gain more competitive advantages, meet changes in the market, and increase responsiveness from the targeted market. Propose sustainable growth strategies to the Casino business portfolio.

• Strictly adherence to procedures by planning and coordination all activities to establish service standards achieved to best expectation consistently.

• Assist in reviewing, implementing and ensure enforcement on GWC\xe2\x80\x98s policies and procedures.

• Ensure the compliance of AMLA Regulations and departmental procedures.

• To ensure the management policies and procedures are adhered.

• Involve in management of membership database.

• Involve in reviewing, coordinating and monitoring relevant computer systems set up/ enhancement.

• Planning and ensuring sufficient manpower to run the daily operation

• Preparing reports and administration tasks related to future forecasting and day to day operations.

• Promoting & cross selling the product, event, show, tournament etc. as and when require

• Provide excellence customer services and handling customer queries in regardless of the source of channels

• Involve in analyze, propose, plan, execute and review GWC members\xe2\x80\x99 promotion according to planned and ad-hoc basis to meet the trends of the market

• Involve in forecasting the demand, achieve and surpass allotted room utilization budget, track call, show response and tournament response.

• Involve in planning, controlling and provide analysis of various program performances while managing budgets and comply to procedures.

• Upkeep knowledge on the market trends/ demands.

• Responsible in assisting the Casino Marketing Manager/ Club Director in daily operations

• Follow up on daily customers arrivals, requests, entitlements and departure \xe2\x80\xa2 Always upkeep the cleanliness, safety and functional utilities in own and surrounding working area

• Perform rolling in Gaming area

• Oversee the day to day operations and administration process.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder Minimum 3 years relevant working experience

• Ability to carry out job independently

• Good communication skills in interacting with other departments

• Attentive to details and able to make sound recommendation
