The overall Sales Planning team works closely with country commercial leaders, sales teams, marketing teams and product teams to ensure maximum impact for our businesses.The Role:We are looking for a hands-on and operationally resilient Assistant Manager to support overall planning for GrabForBusiness. The role is a balance of analytics, execution and stakeholder management, piloting strategic initiatives in collaboration with various teams across operations, enablement, commercial, self-serve, marketing, and product. To perform this role well, the candidate needs to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to create and follow processes, and a track record of exceeding expectations.Day-to-Day Activities:Provide analytical recommendations based on clear issue framing, systems-level thinking and rigorous analysesLead the development of experimental business opportunities including development of baseline capabilities, definition of the parameters of success and ensuring smooth transition to operationsSupport on department-level strategy and facilitate cross-pollination of best practicesCommunicate vision to stakeholders to bring plans into operational realityQualificationsMust-haves:At least 3-4 years experience in a fast-paced environment, in a strategy/operations/customer-facing or related roleMinimum Bachelor\'s Degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or related fieldsQuantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insightsSuperb presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrated by capability to synthesize a large amount of information into a clear messageCustomer focused, and results-oriented in all aspects of planning and deliveryHigh-performing and adaptable in a semi-structured environmentAbility to look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impactPassionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging marketsNice-to-haves:Experience at a tech software companySQL will be an advantageAdditional InformationBenefits at Grab:BenefitsWe care deeply about your well-being and are committed to supporting you every step of the way.
