About the Role Manage the Group Technology and Governance (GTG) team financials, annual budgeting exercise and monthly expense reporting. This includes closely managing IT spend for each function.

To manage and provide better cashflow and recovery in SSHK.

IT Budgeting & Forecast

  • Assist in driving the annual planning cycle exercise within Group Technology
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to develop the annual IT budget and monthly forecast
  • Collaborate with Group Finance where needed to achieve overall objectives.
  • Bridge the gap between Group Finance and GTG Management throughout budgeting and forecast processes
  • Manage the monthly spend and accruals based on services/work completed
  • Provide monthly IT financial reports to senior management
Process Improvement & Governance
  • Identify reporting gaps and improve current practice
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • At least 5-6 years of financial or accounting experience from service provider or same industry
  • Exposure in IT / Infrastructure industry would be advantageous
  • Good understanding of work processes, internal controls implementation and business acumen
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Good presentation and communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 good command of Englis
  • Excellent quantities and analytical skills
