Role Purpose: Assisting in corporate taxation matters including compliance, tax audits, incentives, transfer pricing and corporate restructuring projects to ensure the most efficient tax structure as well as compliance with service tax (SST). Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist on tax compliance for all entities, including but not limited to the following:
  • Annual tax returns and estimations
  • Bi-monthly SST returns
  • Contemporaneous transfer pricing documentations and agreements
  • CBCR compliance
  • Annual incentive compliance reporting (APR)
  • Withholding tax payments (as need basis)
  • Deferred tax computation for compliance to accounting standards
2. Assist in tax incentive applications and submissions 3. Assist to address and follow up on tax audit and/or tax investigation matters to ensure proper closure and minimal tax exposure. 4. Keep abreast and update management with latest development and changes to tax regulations, the impact of new tax law, decisions, regulations and rulings. Assist in updating training / briefing materials prepared internally by Tax team for finance teams and update the Tax materials reference shared folders from time to time as directed by supervisors. 5. Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors and management and undertake ad hoc assignments as and when required. Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Tax Professional Qualification.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of work experience in taxation related fields, preferably in tax compliance in consulting firm.
  • Able to join from July - September 2023
  • Capability to use systems : Microsoft 365
