Review and align the HR strategies and initiatives, handbook, policies, systems, structures, and work processes to the overall business strategies.
Process and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure zero inaccuracies in payroll and related records and that all statutory payments are made on time.
Manage all HR operations such as preparing and maintaining personal files and records, payroll entry, issuance of letters, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry etc.
Participate in assigned HR projects or new initiatives for the long-term success of the organization in creating a high-performing culture.
Identify compensation and benefits trends and opportunities; provide information on market trends and ensure wage competitiveness.
Assist the line manager in handling staff disciplinary issues and investigate and resolve employee issues in accordance with Company Policy, Employment Act, and Industrial Relations Act.
Drive employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Possess a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HRM / Business studies or any related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven working experience as HR with some managerial skills such as Payroll Management, HRMS Digitalization, HR Policies/Practices, Manpower Planning, Compensation & Benefit, Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition.
Well versed with employment and labour laws, industrial and occupational safety and health compliances.
