COMPANY OVERVIEWOne of our clients is looking for HR Manager primarily focused on recruitment based in Kuala Lumpur. This role entails overseeing recruitment, HR operations, and administrative tasks, ensuring they align with corporate strategies and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESLead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and performance management practices.Oversee employee relations activities, including onboarding and resignation procedures.Cultivate a positive work culture through event planning and employee engagement initiatives.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Manage office and admin-related tasks, including logistics.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor\'s degree or above, proficiency in Mandarin & English preferred.Familiarity with local laws and regulations, experience in e-commerce or beauty and personal care industry preferred.Proven experience in recruitment, with knowledge of recruitment channels and social media platforms.Understanding of human resources management, experience in comprehensive HR work preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills, with a cheerful personality.Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.#LI-JACMY
