ASSISTANT MANAGER \xe2\x80\x93 HUMAN REOSURCE & ADMINJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Involvement in the HR day-to-day operations and activities which include but are not limited to assisting in establishing HR policies and regulatory compliance, payroll, recruitment, employee compensation and benefits, office upkeep & etc.
Administer recruitment activities and selection process
Analyses compensation policies, government regulations and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan
Staff performance review
Staff insurance claims and updating quarterly reports
Compiles monthly statistical staff records
Updating and submission of periodical reports as required by HQ in Japan.
Resolve daily employee issues, provide necessary support and assistance and maintain good employee relations.
Plan and organize team-building activities to promote team cohesion and a friendly atmosphere.
Office upkeep and maintenance including office security and access, office equipment and office supplies
Incidental and any ad hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or related field
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR & Admin
Good computer skills in Microsoft office
Well versed in labor regulations.
Must possess good interpersonal skills and be a team player to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
