Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark salaries and benefits.
Participate in the annual salary review process and merit increase planning.
Assist in the administration of incentive and bonus programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
Benefits Administration:
Support the management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of benefit providers and vendors.
Provide guidance to employees on benefits-related inquiries.
Assist in open enrollment processes and benefits communications.
Ensure compliance with benefits-related laws.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and opportunities.
Generate reports and present findings to HR and leadership teams.
Assist in the preparation of budget projections related to compensation and benefits.
Policy and Procedure Development:
Assist in the development and maintenance of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
Ensure policies are in alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
Monitor changes in employment legislation and recommend updates to policies as necessary.
Compliance and Auditing:
Assist in conducting periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Stay updated on changes in compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations.
Ensure that the organization is in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Employee Education and Communication:
Participate in the development and delivery of employee communication regarding compensation and benefits programs.
Help employees understand the value of their total rewards package.
Employee Relations Support:
Assist in managing and addressing employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Collaborate with the HR Manager to investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
Support the performance management process, including performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans.
Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Work with the HR Manager to identify and implement strategies for improving employee retention.
Conflict Resolution and Mediation:
Assist in mediating disputes and conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
Collaborate with the HR Manager in handling more complex conflict situations.
HR Information Systems (HRIS)
Managing HR software and databases.
Maintaining employee records.
Generating HR reports and analytics.
HR Metrics and Analytics
Collecting and analyzing HR data.
Using data to make informed HR decisions.
Forecasting HR trends and needs.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENT
Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or a related field.
Previous experience in compensation & benefits. Proven experience in data analytics, industrial relations, employee relations, or labor law. Good experience in Recruitment as well.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR and excel and data analytics report.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and dispute resolution processes.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
