Job description
Our client is in the consumer goods industry and is looking to acquire a HR practitioner to be based in Selangor. This role is HR generalist role and will cover a population size of 100 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process up to offer management stage
- Managing the employee lifecycle for approximately 100 employees
- Performance management and succession planning across the board
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees
- Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of operational HR experience
- Sound knowledge in HR policies and practices
