-Oversee origination activities, such as identifying potential investment opportunities and fostering partnerships to expand SD Propertys investor base.

-Handle M&A, Joint Ventures, and Strategic Partnerships to drive SD Propertys inorganic growth.

-Develop and review financial models and analyses, ensuring the implementation of best practices and providing guidance to Executives and Senior Executives.

-Prepare investment proposal approval papers, including conducting market research, deal structuring, financial and risk assessments.

-Manage investment deals and conduct due diligence when necessary.

-Monitor investment performance and ensure compliance with SD Propertys investment standards and regulatory requirements.

-Keep track of market trends and potential risks.

-Assist Managers in supervising a team of executives and senior executives, offering mentorship, coaching, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

-Minimum a Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or any relevant field of studies.

-A professional certification in Real Estate, Accounting, or Finance will be an added advantage.

-Proficient in Financial Modeling.

-At least 4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance and investments, with a preference for a background in real estate investment management.
