Oversee origination activities, such as identifying potential investment opportunities and fostering partnerships to expand SD Propertys investor base.
Handle M&A, Joint Ventures, and Strategic Partnerships to drive SD Propertys inorganic growth.
Develop and review financial models and analyses, ensuring the implementation of best practices and providing guidance to Executives and Senior Executives.
Prepare investment proposal approval papers, including conducting market research, deal structuring, financial and risk assessments.
Manage investment deals and conduct due diligence when necessary.
Monitor investment performance and ensure compliance with SD Propertys investment standards and regulatory requirements.
Keep track of market trends and potential risks.
Assist Managers in supervising a team of executives and senior executives, offering mentorship, coaching, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum a Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or any relevant field of studies.
A professional certification in Real Estate, Accounting, or Finance will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Financial Modeling.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance and investments, with a preference for a background in real estate investment management.
