• Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Multimedia, Communications, Film, or a related field.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia production, client management, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
• Proven experience in managing multimedia projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Experience working with external vendors and outsource partners.

• Production Management: Oversee multimedia projects, managing schedules and resources to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery.
• Client Engagement: Act as the main client contact, understanding their vision and ensuring their needs are met with clear communication and tailored solutions.
• Outsource Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring collaborations are efficient, cost-effective, and uphold quality standards.
• Editing and Post-Production Oversight: Supervise the post-production process, ensuring final outputs meet creative and company standards, with hands-on editing support as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure consistently high-caliber content.
• Strategic Decision-Making: Make informed decisions on project priorities, resource allocation, and problem-solving, focusing on client and company interests.
• Leadership and Team Development: Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and creativity.
• Innovation and Process Improvement: Seek and apply new technologies and techniques to enhance efficiency and multimedia production quality
