Job Responsibility Revenue Management Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profit. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement. Utilize data analytics and forecasting tools to optimize room rates and inventory. Reservation Management Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department. Ensure timely and accurate processing of reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Implement and maintain effective reservation systems and procedures. Rate And Inventory Management Set and adjust room rates based on demand, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Manage room inventory to ensure optimal utilization and revenue generation. Implement and maintain rate parity across all distribution channels. Reporting And Analysis Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reservations and revenue. Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Job Requirements Minimum Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years working experience in reservation role in hospitality and/or hotel industry Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English language Good communication, interpersonal, planning, organization, team player and problem solving skills.
