Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Service:

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift transitions Monitor food quality, service standards, and hygiene compliance Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly Ensure compliance with SOPs, health, and safety regulations

2. Team Management:

Support with staff scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping Train, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback Maintain high team morale and discipline

3. Inventory & Cost Control:

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies Conduct regular stock checks and minimize wastage Help manage food and labor costs effectively

4. Reporting & Administration:

Prepare daily sales reports and update operational logs Assist in tracking KPIs and operational targets Liaise with suppliers, delivery platforms, and third-party vendors

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of experience in an F&B supervisory or assistant managerial role Fresh Grad are encourage to apply Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Passionate about Thai food and great service Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
