We\'re looking for someone to join our Corporate Communication team to come up with exciting and creative corporate content and ideas for our social media projects, initiatives, and events on our Allianz Malaysia various Social Media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and more.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategy on call corporate content to align with company goals and initiatives (from start to end):

• Develop concept and story angle for strategic messaging for CEOs, senior management and authorised company spokespersons in line with company initiative & objective.
• Product launch awareness for all company-wide events, as well ad hoc requests for company partnerships eg: MOU signing, and other initiatives.
• Liaise with product team to come up with interesting ideas and organic content for our social media pages.
• Develop content for company announcements such as branch opening & closing, public holidays, etc. and other forms of corporate announcements.
• Develop content for company results for all social medic platforms
• Identify media related content that can be posted on our social media platforms for best results and engagement
• Support the relevant departments on corporate initiatives that can be shared on the Allianz Malaysia social media pages.
• Lead in crisis management and \'next step\' for social media. Monitor customer sentiments in complaints and propose holding statement (if and when necessary)

2. Translation and Proofreading (English-Mandarin-English)

• To assist the department with translation/proofreading of marketing materials, social media contents, press releases.

3. Ad hoc job requests

Requirements:

• A bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in developing creative corporate content for social media platforms.
• Have a keen interest and sound knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Must be good in planning and strategizing content for social media
• Must be a team player
• Must have strong proficiency in English and Mandarin, both spoken & written
