ASSISTANT MANAGER
Description
Responsible for finance and accounting matters.
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Prepare monthly Financial Report, Ie:Income Statement, Balance Sheet and other Management

\xc2\xb7 Swiss-GardenManagement Services Sdn Bhd
\xc2\xb7 OSKAcademy Sdn Bhd
\xc2\xb7 OSKRE Sdn Bhd

2. Review invoices done by Accounts Receivableteam.
3. Issue payments to suppliers on timelybasis.
4. Posting monthly journals into thesystem.
5. Ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts.
6. Liaise with Auditor on the auditqueries on drafting of auditor report.
7. Laise with Tax Agent on the tax queries,handle tax computation and returns.
8. Preparation and submission of SST and WitholdingTax timely.
9. Monitor cash flow and request fund fromGroup Treasury when required.
10. Assist on internal control matters.
11. Involve in other ad-hoc projects asand when required ie. inventory count, asset tagging, CAPEX audit etc.
Education
Degree in finance or professional certificate in finance
Experience
Fresh graduate is encourage or 1 year experience
