Job Description

The Company is looking for the candidates who has a good business sense to join our team. Generally, the role is for someone who is interested in farming as business enterprise, as well as in science and nature generally. Problem solvers who focused on efficiency and take hands-on approach to management. Detail-oriented but also keep the bigger picture in mind. Responsibilities:

• Analyzing existing operations, livestock farming activities and crops.
• Dealing directly with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders internal and external.
• Handling the marketing and sale of the livestock to a variety of customers and other products produced on the farm such as dairy and meat.
• Execute of new sales prospects, negotiating deals, creating and presenting sales proposals and quotes to customers.
• You will be responsibilities to monitoring the, crops, purchasing supplies, and reports.
• Ensuring the efficiency of record movements of all livestock in to and out from the farm.
• Monitoring the health and welfare of the livestock.
• Managing any farm diversification activities.
• Ensuring the farm is compliant with legal guidelines, minimize the environmental impact of the business.
• Able to manage a team and solve problems as they arise without delay.
• Assist in preparing budgets, financial documents and recommending improvements to maximum the profits.
• Maintain professional networks with various industries including government sector and keep abreast of developments in agricultural science.

Farm Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in agriculture, animal science, or equivalent.
• Additional courses in business management or administration are recommended.
• Extensive experience in a farming-related field.
• A passion for agriculture.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Benefits:
