Promote and expand the IAMM services including F&B & Education by providing in-depth information to interest clients; 3. Research skills to identify event opportunities, understand the market and generate interest; 4. Works with marketing team to develop detailed marketing plans and communicates with various media channels to help marketing projects come to fruition; 5. Assist manager to oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisement and other marketing-related projects; 6. Management and organizational skills needed to oversee facilities and manage all event details such as d cor, catering, invitee list, special guest, equipment, promotional material and etc; 7. To do night tour for VIP visitor as requested by Management; 8. Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients, identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction; 9. Follow-through and willingness to conduct pre-and post-event evaluations, reporting on the outcomes; 10. Ensure event is completed smoothly and proactive approach to handling issues and troubleshooting any emerging problems on the event day; 11. Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery; 12. Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to marketing team
