ASSISTANT MANAGER, MARKETING

Description

Support marketing activities through the planning, organization, and implementation of market research to obtain data that gives information regarding consumer preferences and market trends.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Assist senior Marketing Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target, increase footfall of the mall and responsible for the full spectrum of Marketing.
2. Coordinate with Manager in developing marketing plan and budget.
3. Analyze sales data and determine sales forecast.
4. Recommend creative and cost effective promotional activities.
5. Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among consumers.
7. Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
8. Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
9. Collaborate with advertising Manager to initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans.
10. Generate sales and marketing reports to management when needed.
11. Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
12. Plan, execute digital marketing strategies including contents.
13. Supervise Senior Executive of Marketing, Marketing Executives also concierge staffs

Education

A minimum of Degree in Marketing or any field.

Experience

At least 6 years of marketing experience in the shopping mall industry / retail / any other fast pace industry. Solid experience / track record in the overall marketing operations including planning and executing events planning and generating income for shopping mall. A team player , good communicator, detailed oriented and versatile.
