Client Background:

Company is carry on business of MLM for all types of beauty care products, health supplement, consumer products and products of all kinds and descriptions.

Location: KL

Tenure: Permanent role

Salary : Basic Salary

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 To plan and implement effective marketing strategies (new product launch, training, promotion, campaign and tools) to achieve sales target for the assigned products.

\xc2\xb7 To plan and conduct product trainings or roadshows to enhance product knowledge among members.

\xc2\xb7 To prepare product educational tools such as booklet, training materials, video, and any educational aids, slide, POSM.

\xc2\xb7 To closely monitor and analyse sales performance of the assigned products and make proper recommendations to grow and expand market share in different countries.

\xc2\xb7 To assist on the code creation in BE4U and develop new modules in BE4U to produce effective promotions

\xc2\xb7 To analyse and prepare reports on the effectiveness on marketing activities, campaigns and promotions

\xc2\xb7 To prepare monthly rolling forecast to improve inventory holding level

\xc2\xb7 To conduct competitive review of other similar products

\xc2\xb7 To assist in reviewing the creative content of social media content, communication content, POSM (promotional materials, product leaflets, brochure, video & etc) and website content.

\xc2\xb7 Any other duties & tasks, which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or any relevant.

\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of relevant working experience.

\xc2\xb7 Posses own transport and able to work in KL.

\xc2\xb7 Good communication in English and Mandarin.

\xc2\xb7 Mandarin is required to communication with Mandarin speaking parties.
