Job Description

Full Assist on oversee employees, production and efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely. Assist on oversee entire location and operation. Assist on maintain optimum operation by assigning workers, creating and keeping work and production schedules, hiring and training new employees. Assist on collecting and looking through data to find places of waste or places of improvement. Assist on keeping an eye on worker safety and plant safety, monitor the production equipment to make sure that it stays in good working order, and repair or replace the equipment when needed. The last line of defense for quality control of production. They communicate with other departments to make sure everything runs smoothly. Liaises with managers of other departments to establish procedures in their departments which affect Safety, Quality, Production and supplies issues. Assist in planning and development of long-term re-capitalization plans. Assist on ensuring satisfactory and timely resolutions of Customer Complaints and non-conformances relative to the department. Other duties as assigned by the Management.
