Client Background: MNC company Industry : Construction/Building Location: Johor Bahru, Johor Headcount: 1 Position Title : Assistant Manager, Modernization Sales Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM6,000 - RM8,000 Responsibilities .Site survey for recapture and modernization. .Ensure MYSKUD application is done by Code & Compliance Department in timely manner. .Obtain Costing approval up to Top management. .Proposal submission to customer. .Slide preparation and presentation to customer. .Negotiation with factory and supplier to obtain best pricing for proposal submission. .Work closely with Service Operation, Service Sales and Code & Compliance department. .Attend meeting for tender clarification. .Arrange for equipment delivery. .Arrange for subcon appointment together with Purchasing Department. .Order equipment from factory. .Ensure installation works carried out on timely manner. .Handover units on timely manner. .Ensure proper filing of all correspondences. .Reply to all correspondence during project and modernization implementation. .Ensure JKKP inspection is carried out accordingly for modernized lifts requiring new JKKP inspection. .17.Ensure billing and collection is done on timely manner. .Ensure work program is submitted for all projects. .Ensure site safety is fully adhered during project implementation. .Ensure customer complaints were resolved promptly. Requirement .Excellent verbal communication skills. .Strong supervisory and leadership skills. .Ability to keep accurate records. .Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and software used to maintain inventory.
