  • Assists the Operations Manager in ensuring smooth operations of the business
to maintain long-term client relationship
  • Assists the Operations Manager in delivering the priorities, targets, goals and
ISO objectives set out in the strategic plans, aligned to the company\xe2\x80\x99s core values, mission and vision statements
  • Engages clients proactively to understand their needs and ensure timely
delivery of services to maintain high client satisfaction
  • Resolves escalated customer issues and complaints
  • Communicates and coordinates job commencement with sales and clients
ensuring smooth execution of the services
  • Builds effective working relationships with the Sales team and clients
  • Carries out site inspection at prospect/client\xe2\x80\x99s site and provide
recommendation
  • Assists in preparing and formulating budget, growth strategies and implement
the growth action plan
  • Prepares weekly site visit report and provide and update in the weekly
operations meeting
  • Manages and motivate subordinates to achieve the objectives of the Company
  • Ensures SOPs are adhered to in order that all jobs carried out are with
consistent output
  • Monitors and recommend the processes within the Company to improve the
department\xe2\x80\x99s efficiency and ensure that all processes are in compliant with company standards Requirements:
  • Diploma in Entomology/Microbiologist, Engineering or its equivalent
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree qualification will be highly regarded
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity in hygiene/pest control services
or facilities management environment will be an advantage
  • Able to work after hours and has the knowledge in scheduling
  • A team player with the ability to manage a team and work across all levels
within the organization
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of proficiency in
verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good analytical skills, result oriented, organized, detailed and committed to
deadlines
  • Action oriented, innovative and resourceful with the ability to work
independently in a dynamic & fast paced environment
  • Possess problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office applications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month Benefits:
