Responsibilities:
You are required to perform these job functions:
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets.
Oversee and provide guidance to area managers to ensure consistent operational standards.
Coordinate with area managers to address regional operational challenges and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Oversee staff scheduling and ensure optimal workforce allocation.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
Assist in preparing and managing budgets for F&B operations.
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction.
Prepare financial reports and analyze operational performance.
Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating F&B staff.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Support the development and implementation of operational strategies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and events.
Review and analyze reports from area managers to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations management.
Strong understanding of F&B industry standards and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using MS Office and F&B management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
