Job Description

As the Assistant Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of TRIUMPHAL & TRUMP SDN. BHD. You will be responsible for leading the operations team, optimizing service delivery, and managing resources to meet the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:



Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations team. Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure service quality and efficiency. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Manage and coordinate resources to meet client requirements. Monthly site visits required

2. Team Management:



Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated operations team. Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support. Set performance expectations and provide performance feedback. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

3. Client Relations:



Establish and maintain strong client relationships. Address client concerns and collaborate with the team to provide effective solutions. Ensure that service contracts are fulfilled in accordance with client expectations. Identify opportunities for upselling and business expansion.

4. Resource Management:

Manage and optimize resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies. Plan and schedule staff assignments, work shifts, and service delivery. Monitor and control operational costs to ensure budget compliance. Evaluate and source new equipment and technologies as needed.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Prepare and maintain operational reports for management and clients. Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgetary constraints. Support audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Business Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the service industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of operational processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations. Adaptable and able to handle high-pressure situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
