Job Summary


Responsible in assisting Head of Product Marketing & Partners Development on developing and managing overall strategy, existing strategic partnerships business and new business opportunities including conventional and digital channel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assists in overall product marketing and partners development strategy and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional team to execute strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Provides support in partnership engagement with existing and potential partners, understanding their needs, identifying partnership opportunities, and solutionings, develop business case for potential partnership.
  • Coordinate the delivery of our product and services, including partners onboarding, campaign marketing activities and servicing; ensure implementation is adhered to applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in development and implementation of digital tools/ platforms to facilitate efficient partners management and distribution of our product and services.
  • Keep updated with market landscape, new product, marketing trends, continuously evaluate and optimise digital channel processes and workflow, coordinate and manage executions of improvement plans, special projects/ initiatives to drive innovations in digital partnership and product delivery.



Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Life insurance industry especially in the areas of Partnership Distribution, Digital and Innovations, Product Development or Bancassurance, with good knowledge of Life Insurance operations.
  • Proven experience in innovation, business analyst, project management, or a related role.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (Business, Innovation, Computer Science, Project Management, etc).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, able to manage and interact with different stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and business savvy.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of insurance industry trends and best practices is a plus.
