Job Description


The Assistant Manager, Public Relations is responsible for providing and maintaining effective, timely public relations services and managing and executing internal and external communications for Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall.Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and execute comprehensive communication plans for Pavilion Bukit Jalil
  • Manage crisis communications and serve as the official liaison to external media representing the mall
  • Manage press events in support of malls\' activities/events
  • Manage mall-level corporate social responsibility and community initiatives
  • Establish and strengthen media, influencer and blogger relations
  • Assist in PR support for tenants and special projects
Job RequirementsRequirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and at least 6 - 8 years of work experience in media, PR and/or communications
  • Exceptional writing, editing, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent people, networking, diplomacy and public speaking skills
  • Strong attention to detail, deadline and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
  • Proven successes in both traditional and digital media channels
