Job Description


Job Responsibility Manage operations and performance of multiple stores. Ensure stores meet sales targets and maintain high standards. Lead and support store managers and staff to deliver excellent service. Analyze sales data and make improvements to drive growth. Implement efficient operational procedures. Regularly visit stores to provide feedback and address issues. Collaborate with other teams to support company goals. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Manage budgets to maximize profitability. Act as the main point of contact between headquarters and stores Job Requirements Immediate Hiring. Open Hiring Area for Melaka, JB, Penag, Kuala Lumpur Selangor Able to speak and write in Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia and English add on advantage. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred. Posses at least 3 years of retail management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail software. Willingness to travel within the area.
