Purpose



To develop, refine, and innovate food products that meet quality standards, customer preferences, and business goals. Ensure accurate costing and full compliance with KKM (Anti-Proffering) regulations to support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and test

new food products

. Improve existing recipes for better quality and cost. Conduct

sample testing

and collect feedback. Ensure products meet

KKM compliance

and safety standards. Prepare

accurate costing

for each product. Create and update

SOPs

for product preparation. Submit

weekly reports

and attend product meetings with the Director. Track product performance and suggest improvements.

Job Requirements:



? Minimum 3

years of experience

in

Food & Beverage Preparation

(Hotel/Restaurant background preferred). ? Minimum

2 years of experience

as a

Research & Development

or in a similar product development role. ? Strong understanding of

recipe development, costing, and food safety compliance (KKM)

. ? Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple product development projects.
