Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in a related field Product information knowledge (for all existing & new product) Based in BATU CAVES, Selangor Required Skill(s): Sales, Negotiation, Marketing, Communication Languages: English, Malay Job Responsibilities Direct report to Sales Manager. Handle B2B & B2C inquiry Helps to track the market development and trends on monthly basis. Research, identify, develop and consolidate data on customer needs, including product application, service requirements, buying cycle, delivery schedule and internal regulation like pricing structure for defined, customer profiles to help secure/enhance business opportunities and identify future customers. Conduct market information via visit, calls and internet searching to identify and understand customer expectations and needs. Conduct Sales and Marketing wide range of products in company portfolio Provide pre- and post sales service to maintain good working relationship with customers. Identify business potential, opportunities and develop new customer base Develop, prepare presentation material for customer to promote products and services. Provide a timely report to supervisor to review. Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor from time to time
