Responsibilities:
- To partner with Sales team in customer requirements & solutions
- Analysis of project requirements/tender specifications
- Review Form 580 and/or E-Log entries to ensure no oversight of tender specifications
- Review technical specification deviation list
- Provide value engineering to optimize pricing and/or optional offerings
- Ensure all costs associated with the tender requirement, including deviations, are accounted for
- Assist sales team in the tender process and technical presentations
- Ensuring on time ordering and delivery of equipment
- Close monitoring of ordering list to mitigate risk of late delivery
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales field
- Knowledge and experience in Elevator and Construction industry is an added advantage, however we welcome you to apply if you have experience in Sales Engineering field from other industry
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle demanding customer requirements
- Good communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both oral and written, as you will need to interact and collaborate with various other department and external parties
