Provides an interdepartmental training agenda to promote security and safety awareness for all hotel Team Members.
Ensures all accidents and incidents are investigated, recorded and followed-up.
Ensures all patrol checklists are completed and take corrective measures where required.
Ensures all action plans under the Security Department's responsibility in case of emergency are regularly trained, tested and evaluated.
