Our client is currently hiring for Manager - Security, Safety & Compliance based in Klang Valley. Your primary responsibility will be to organize and oversee all security operations for the client asset portfolio within Malaysia. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain security standards, ensuring the safety and compliance of the assets and personnel under your supervision.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain security standards, ensuring the safety and compliance of the assets and personnel under your supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and strategies to safeguard client assets, including physical properties, personnel, and information.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Manage security systems and technology, access control, and alarm systems, ensuring their effectiveness and functionality.
• Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to maintain high standards of security and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and crisis management protocols.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on security protocols and procedures, ensuring their understanding and adherence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to security incidents, investigations, and compliance activities.
• Manage relationships with security service providers and vendors, ensuring their compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards.
• Coordinate and respond to security incidents promptly, ensuring appropriate measures are taken to minimize risks and damages.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies to address security concerns, incidents, and investigations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Security Management, criminology, law or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in security management, preferably in a similar managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Sound knowledge of local security regulations and laws.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
