If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us\xe2\x80\xa6OverviewThe Financial Crime Compliance Special Account Management Assistant Manager\'s key responsibility is to ensure that the business in Malaysia operates in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements and all Group standards relating to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter terrorism financing (CTF).Job Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations that detect and report suspicious activity to governmental authorities and enable the Bank to form sound judgments concerning reputational and other risks and meet expectations of regulators and other compliance stakeholder
• Investigate by way of chronological events, profiling subjects of interest with associates, transaction analysis, and documenting evidence.
• Thoroughly and timely reviewing reports and other investigative leads that potentially identify suspicious activity.
• Engage in discussion with reporting managers on risk mitigation, controls to be placed and monitoring based on the outcome of investigation.
• Formulating and recommending responses to potentially suspicious findings, reporting such activity to the appropriate regulatory authorities, and supporting FCC in developing the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s forward-looking risk-mitigation response/controls.

Job Requirement

• Malaysian citizen.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any relevant fields.
• Certification in AML/CFT is a plus.
• Extensive exposure to the areas of risk assessment, bank operations and AML/CFT management.
• 2 years and above work experience in a banking and financial Institution with specialization in AML/CFT or complian
