JOB SCOPE :
Liaising between the Supervisor and other employees Learn the supervisory part Providing staff with technical guidance and assistance Preparing job descriptions and work schedules Communicate effectively Manage campaigns & events (handle group sales) Monitoring both individual and team job performance metrics Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required Knowledge of and ability to learn about products, services, and store operations
