Time Type: Full TimeKey Responsibilities * Revenue & Profitability

• meet company\'s budgeted revenue & profitability, via organizing, coordinating & leading of the total warehouse operations
• active participation in contract negotiations & renewals, advising impact suggested by customers or vendors, provide relevant feedback to be addressed with them
• proactively work within Operations team and management to improve revenue & profitability yield beyond the budget

• Operational Excellence

• meet company service deliverables via KPIs as agreed with customer and ensure sustainable achievement, otherwise implement action plans to achieve the KPIs
• to support and implement company corporate initiatives to ensure efficiency, productivity, housekeeping, safety & security and continuous improvements
• cultivate & enhance existing customer relationships through periodic meetings to review on operations

• Others

• support management team in the development of both company & customer annual budgets & forecasts, KPIs, cost savings & operational productivity initiatives
• instill culture of discipline and customer-focus on the team to ensure continuous improvement in human capital development

Qualification/Experience

• minimum diploma or equivalent
• minimum 3-5 years in managerial position of related experience, preferably from a 3rd Party Logistics background

Job Competencies

• strong operational background & contract management
• good computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint & WMS
• strong written, interpersonal communication & presentation skills
• ability to manage across all levels & discipline of an organization
• able to work & deliver within tight deadlines
• possess own transport & willing to travel
• Willing to work at Bukit Jelutong, Selangor.
