About Our Client
My client is a well known international brand who has a vast audience within the Malaysia market. They are currently growing and seeking for a passionate talent to be part of their team.- Direct the entire process from conceptualization to store opening, managing budget, feasibility studies, and project execution plans.
- Ensure architectural and design plans meet safety, brand standards, and cost efficiency, proposing enhancements for optimization.
- Consolidate, communicate, and minimize project risks, managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
- Vet contracts, select external firms, and build lasting relationships with vendors/subcontractors.
- Propose/manage capital expenditures, analyze ongoing project costs, and implement cost-saving strategies for project deliverables and maintenance.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Architecture or any relevant field.
- Retail store design experience with focus on interior space planning and retail design.
- Experience in construction of stand-alone building, scrap and build, project management and store maintenance.
- Hands-on and technically sound in AutoCAD and Sketchup 3D.
