Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated

Assistant Branch Manager

to support the daily operations of our restaurant. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth service, excellent customer experience, and efficient team performance while maintaining compliance with halal and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Restaurant Operations & Compliance

Support daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Ensure restaurant cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with halal and health regulations. Monitor inventory and manage stock orders in a timely manner. Assist in preparing for halal and health inspections and ensure compliance tasks are completed.

Customer Experience

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards. Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally. Create a welcoming and comfortable dining environment.

Team Management & Training

Supervise, motivate, and support restaurant staff to meet performance standards. Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak periods. Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching on service techniques, best practices, and menu knowledge. Support employee retention and foster a positive work culture.

Sales & Financial Performance

Assist in driving sales and promotional activities. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth. Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Help manage budgets and control costs related to food, beverages, labor, and operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in F&B or retail supervisory roles. Knowledge of halal requirements, food safety, and health regulations is an advantage Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.
