Role Purpose


This position is responsible for the management of talent for the whole organisation from talent identification, development, management, performance and career growth to ensure sustainable talent pipeline for the organisation

Key Accountability

  • Responsible to regularly review the company\'s talent management processes within the business areas, including performance/potential management, resource planning and succession planning.
  • Plan, develop, strategize the framework, policies, processes to manage talent development programmes incorporating the Leadership Development, Leadership Skills Enhancement, Leadership Role Modelling and Leadership Coaching for Succession Planning, addressing the strategic business requirements.
  • Strategize, strengthen, manage the production of quality, capable and talented candidates as successors to senior and top management position through careful orchestration of strategic initiatives and intervention programmes.
  • Collaborate with business to develop, plan & strategize to identify, attract and retain employees with exceptional skills and talent to ensure continuous supply of talent to meet business demands.
  • Manage, facilitate, communicate and propagate mindset change for the Talent pool through application of change and transformational methodologies, approaches and problem-solving tools to arrive at capable and talented successors for key positions to face the ever challenging and constantly changing business environment.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build talent pipelines through referral generation, sourcing campaigns, talent branding efforts, and other creative channels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing tools and alternative search techniques and identify rooms for improvement to optimize the team\xe2\x80\x99s productivity.
  • Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with recruiters and hiring teams to measure sourcing effectiveness.
  • Plan, execute & coordinate talent development programmes incorporating the Leadership Development, Leadership Skills Enhancement, Leadership Role Modelling and Leadership Coaching for Succession Planning, addressing the strategic business requirements.
  • To grow and develop relationship with talents to create strong collaboration efforts as part of building strong pipeline for future leaders.
  • Administer, facilitate and communicate the talent management activities such as talent nominations, talent moderation with the Bus.
  • Prepare data and reporting for management which includes provide insights on talents (movements, attrition, development).
  • Manage the administration functions of the unit, tender and procurement process, contract management, personal files
  • Involve in HC projects such as process improvements and new process initiative. Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by Management as and when required

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor in Human Resource Management or Business Management or related field with 5 to 7 years of experience in HR with min 2 years experience in managerial function
  • Any additional training or certifications would be valued.
